1、布置及設計原理不(bu)同
輕型井(jing)(jing)(jing)點是人工降低地下(xia)水(shui)(shui)位的一(yi)種方(fang)法,它是沿(yan)基坑(keng)四周或(huo)一(yi)側(ce)將直徑較(jiao)細的井(jing)(jing)(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)沉入(ru)深于基底(di)的含水(shui)(shui)層內(nei),井(jing)(jing)(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上部(bu)與總管(guan)(guan)(guan)連接(jie),通過總管(guan)(guan)(guan)利用抽(chou)水(shui)(shui)設備將地下(xia)水(shui)(shui)從井(jing)(jing)(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)不斷抽(chou)出,使原有地下(xia)水(shui)(shui)位降低到(dao)基底(di)以下(xia)。輕型井(jing)(jing)(jing)點又叫真空(kong)井(jing)(jing)(jing)點。
噴(pen)射(she)井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian)降水(shui)(shui)(shui)也是真空(kong)降水(shui)(shui)(shui),是在井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian)管(guan)內(nei)部(bu)裝(zhuang)設特制的噴(pen)射(she)器,用高壓水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵或空(kong)氣壓縮機(ji)通過井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian)管(guan)中(zhong)的內(nei)管(guan)向(xiang)噴(pen)射(she)器輸入高壓水(shui)(shui)(shui)(噴(pen)水(shui)(shui)(shui)井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian))或壓縮空(kong)氣(噴(pen)氣井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian))形成水(shui)(shui)(shui)汽(qi)射(she)流(liu),將地(di)下水(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian)外管(guan)與內(nei)管(guan)之間(jian)的縫(feng)隙抽(chou)出排(pai)走的降水(shui)(shui)(shui)。
采用(yong)非完(wan)整(zheng)穩(wen)定流單井(jing)和群(qun)井(jing)抽水試(shi)驗方法(fa)。試(shi)驗結束(shu)后(hou)抽水試(shi)驗井(jing)及觀(guan)測井(jing)均可作為工程使(shi)用(yong)井(jing)。
2、施工工藝
(1)輕型井點對于鐵路橋涵的(de)基礎在地下(xia)水豐富地段,一(yi)般采用單排環型布置,利用單排井點降水,降水深(shen)度不宜超過5m。
首(shou)先進(jin)行基(ji)(ji)坑(keng)處原地(di)面標(biao)高(gao)的(de)測量,根據(ju)地(di)面標(biao)高(gao)及(ji)基(ji)(ji)底設計標(biao)高(gao)確定基(ji)(ji)坑(keng)開挖(wa)(wa)深度,計算開挖(wa)(wa)坡率及(ji)開挖(wa)(wa)尺寸,依據(ju)開挖(wa)(wa)尺寸,在距離基(ji)(ji)坑(keng)邊(bian)緣約1.0m處,布置井點吸(xi)水管(guan)位置。

(2)噴射井點。按照工作原理(li),噴射井點設備可以以噴射泵(beng)為中心,劃分(fen)為供水系(xi)統(tong)(tong)與出水系(xi)統(tong)(tong)兩部(bu)分(fen)。供水系(xi)統(tong)(tong)包括高壓水泵(beng)、供水總管(guan)、井點外管(guan)、濾管(guan)和噴射泵(beng)。
井點(dian)布置(zhi)時應根據(ju)基(ji)坑(keng)平(ping)面形狀與(yu)大小、地質(zhi)和水(shui)文情況(kuang)、工程(cheng)性(xing)質(zhi)、降水(shui)深度等而(er)定。當(dang)基(ji)坑(keng)(槽(cao))寬度小于6m,且降水(shui)深度不超過6m時,可采用單排(pai)井點(dian),布置(zhi)在地下(xia)水(shui)上游(you)一側(ce)。
(3)大口徑(jing)井(jing)點,抽水井(jing)的(de)施(shi)工由(you)專業鉆井(jing)隊伍(wu)負責,采(cai)用ZY-250反循環鉆機自成(cheng)泥漿(jiang)護壁(bi)成(cheng)井(jing)工藝,孔內(nei)注稀漿(jiang)置換清(qing)孔。抽水井(jing)及(ji)觀(guan)測(ce)井(jing)的(de)成(cheng)孔孔徑(jing)均為600 mm,鉆孔深度(du)為41 m左(zuo)右。井(jing)管采(cai)用內(nei)徑(jing)為325 mm,壁(bi)厚(hou)3 mm卷焊鋼管。
鉆井(jing)過程(cheng)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)泥漿護壁,過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)80﹟濾(lv)(lv)網(wang)布包裹(guo)三層(井(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)圍(wei)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)石英砂回(hui)填(tian)),過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)長18 m左右(you)。下部1 m為板管(guan)(guan)(guan),作(zuo)為沉淀管(guan)(guan)(guan)。抽(chou)水井(jing)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)反鏟挖掘機吊裝方式(shi)下放(fang)安裝井(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan),管(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)全部采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)石英砂反濾(lv)(lv)料回(hui)填(tian),抽(chou)水井(jing)的(de)圍(wei)填(tian)濾(lv)(lv)料厚度為20 cm。成井(jing)后采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)空壓(ya)機洗井(jing)。
3、施工順序
測(ce)量放線→挖井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian)溝槽→沖孔→下設吸水井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian)管→灌填粗砂濾料→鋪設集水管→連接(jie)集水管與井(jing)(jing)(jing)點(dian)管→安裝抽水設備→試抽→正式(shi)抽水→基礎施工→撤離井(jing)(jing)(jing)管。
當(dang)基坑開挖所需降(jiang)水深(shen)度超過(guo)6m時(shi),一級(ji)的輕型井點(dian)就難以收到預期的降(jiang)水效(xiao)果(guo),這時(shi)如果(guo)場(chang)地許可,可以采用(yong)二級(ji)甚(shen)至多(duo)級(ji)輕型井點(dian)以增加(jia)降(jiang)水深(shen)度,達到設計(ji)要求。
深(大口徑(jing))井(jing)(jing)(jing)點布置主要施工(gong)流(liu)程:深井(jing)(jing)(jing)點鉆孔→深井(jing)(jing)(jing)點安裝→井(jing)(jing)(jing)外排(pai)水系統布置。
